  • Need to Edit Your Booking? Follow These Simple Steps:

    1 - Open your Plandid app and tap on the 'Bookings' tab.

    2 - Under 'Upcoming Bookings', select the shoot you want to modify.

    3 - You'll see options to reschedule, cancel, or change the location of your shoot.

    Please note, any changes are subject to the availability of your chosen photographer or videographer.

  • Our service fee is charged at a rate of 13%.

  • Once the photographer or videographer accepts your booking request, your payment method will be charged for the full amount. Plandid will hold this amount until post-shoot confirmation is approved by you the user. After this confirmation, the funds will be released to the creator.

  • Yes, each photographer and videographer will include a set amount of edits in their hourly price. iPhone creators are not required to offer edits and this may be at an additional cost. This information can be found by clicking on the price in their profile.

  • Our photographers and videographers will communicate the current turnaround time for raw and edited images/videos, which will vary depending on the package and number of photos taken. Once ready, all images will be uploaded to your photo albums under the “Photos” tab with a link provided for easy downloading to your phone or laptop. If you work with an iPhone photographer, your photos/videos will be shared via Airdrop at the end of the shoot.

  • During the booking request process, you can send an initial message in the “shoot description” to the photographer or videographer to highlight any key points of your shoot requirements. After the creative accepts your booking, you can continue discussing more details such as location, concepts, and any other important information leading up to the shoot via in-app messaging. To ensure that you don't miss any chats, be sure to keep your notifications turned on.

  • After successfully setting up your account, explore a curated selection of photographers by navigating to our 'Explore' tab. Please note that during our initial launch, only photographers from the greater NYC area will be available for bookings. If you reside outside this region but have plans to visit NYC, we recommend adjusting your location settings to NYC. This will enable you to book your preferred photographer in advance, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

    Here is a step by step

    1 - Find your chosen photographer's profile and click 'Book Now' at the bottom.

    2 - Select your desired shoot location.

    3 - Provide a brief description of your shoot to communicate your vision to the photographer.

    4 - Choose a pre-defined package from the photographer or opt for their hourly rate.

    5 - Pick the shoot category that best fits your needs and click 'Next'.

    6 - On the calendar, click on an available date that suits you.

    7 - Select the time slots for your shoot duration. (Tip: Each slot represents a 30-minute interval. For a 2-hour shoot starting at 4 PM, select the 4 PM and 5:30 PM slots.)

    8 - After selecting the date and time, click 'Confirm' to review your booking details.

    9 - On the booking confirmation page, click 'Request'.

    10 - Enter your payment details securely via Stripe and press 'Pay' to finalize your booking.

    That's all! You'll receive a confirmation once the photographer accepts your request.

  • After the photoshoot has ended, the photographer/videographer will send a confirmation that the shoot has been completed. Users will receive a notification and will be required to accept this confirmation, as well as acknowledge that they have reviewed the photos/videos on the back of the camera during or after the shoot. This process is essential for both parties to receive what they are due - the photographer/videographer must send this confirmation to receive their payout, while the client must accept it to receive their photos.

  • Absolutely! At Plandid, we believe in empowering you to select the perfect photographer for your vision. All photographers have their portfolios displayed directly on their profile pages. This allows you to review their work and choose someone who aligns best with your desired style and aesthetic.

  • In the rare event that a photographer does not attend your scheduled session, please reach out to us immediately at support@bookplandid.com. We are here to assist and ensure your concerns are addressed promptly. Additionally, you will be receiving a full refund in such circumstances.

  • Our photographers value their craft and experience. Each one sets their individual rates, which are transparently displayed on their profiles.

  • We value your feedback. After each session, you are encouraged to review and rate your photographer, contributing to our community's authenticity and quality assurance.

  • Personalizing your Plandid experience is easy. Navigate to the 'Profile' tab, where you'll find the 'Edit Profile' option. Here, you can update your details and modify your password as required.

  • Plandid requires a clear photo of every users face for the safety of our community. For the safety of the photographers, they must know the person they are meeting with and vice versa.

  • Ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. At the conclusion of your photoshoot, our Plandid photographers will share a preview of the captured moments. This step ensures that you leave the session content with the results.

  • Every photographer on Plandid establishes their unique cancellation terms, ensuring clarity and fairness in the booking process. Before confirming a booking, you can review these terms. If a cancellation is made within the stipulated window, there is no fee. However, cancellations that occur after this period, or in the event of a no-show, will incur a 50% fee, which is compensated to the photographer.

  • When you refer a friend to Plandid using your unique referral link and they successfully download Plandid in the app store and make a booking, you earn a $25 credit as a thank you from us. If your friend has already created an account prior through the app, the link will not work.

    To use your referral reward, follow these steps:

    1 - Ensure your friend has completed a booking through the app using your referral link.

    2 - Once their booking is complete, a $25 credit will automatically be added to your Plandid account.

    3 - The next time you make a booking of $100 or more, your $25 credit will be automatically applied during the checkout process.

    Enjoy your discounted booking, all thanks to your referral!

    Remember, the $25 credit is applicable to bookings of $100 or more, and it cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

  • Here is how you can use your referral reward when you successfully refer a photographer:

    1 - Share your unique referral link with a photographer you think would be a great fit for Plandid.

    2 - Once the photographer is accepted and becomes an official Plandid photographer, a $50 credit will automatically be added to your Plandid account.

    3 - You can use this $50 credit on your next booking of $100 or more. The discount will be applied automatically at the checkout stage.

  • For commercial or product sessions, you obtain full ownership of the images. For shoots in all other categories, the photographer retains the copyrights but grants you a license to use the images for personal purposes. Please note, these photos should not be leveraged for business or monetary gain without the photographer's explicit permission.
